Tasting notes
The nose lifts blackberry and dark plum over a soft note of spice. The palate is full-bodied with deep ruby color, layered dark fruit, and a hint of dark chocolate carried on ripe tannins. The finish is clean and warm with a lingering berry note.
Food pairing
Brisket, cholent, roast chicken, grilled lamb, and aged hard cheeses.
