Rollover To Zoom
Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom is made exclusively from fruit harvested at the El Rom Vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, sitting at 1,100 meters (3,600 feet) above sea level. The vineyard has been planted with Cabernet Sauvignon since 1983 and consistently delivers standout fruit. Aged 18 months in French oak.
Mood: Sophisticated, layered, mature.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant black fruit lifts the nose with light herbaceous characters underneath. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with ripe cassis, dark cherry, and a savory cedar edge from the extended oak treatment. The finish is long and ageworthy.
Food Pairing
A wine to open for Yom Tov, a milestone Shabbos, or a serious dinner. Pairs with prime rib, rack of lamb, and slow-braised short ribs.
