Tasting notes
Ripe blackberry, dark cherry and a touch of violet on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied and juicy with soft tannin. Finish is smooth with a lift of red fruit.
Food pairing
Pairs with roast chicken, herbed lamb, brisket, and Mediterranean mezze. Also nice with a cheese board for a quiet Motzei Shabbos.
