Rollover To Zoom
Adir's flagship Cabernet Sauvignon from the high-elevation Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards in the Upper Galilee. A serious dry red that shows why Adir sits among Israel's most respected boutique wineries.
Mood: Deep, layered, confident.
Textbook cool-climate Israeli Cabernet — ripe black fruit, real structure, and enough oak framing to reward the good glassware.
Tasting Notes
Dark plum, black currant and blueberry meet cedar, clove and a whisper of cocoa. Full-bodied and firmly structured, with layered black fruit lifted by fresh acidity and grippy but polished tannins. Long and warming, with dark chocolate and toasted oak trailing behind the fruit.
Food Pairing
A natural for Shabbos brisket, standing rib roast, grilled lamb chops, cholent and aged hard cheeses.
