Amass Botanic is a California organic wheat vodka infused with marigold petals, chamomile flowers, and hand-grated lemon zest, distilled on an aquavit still by Master Distiller Morgan McLachlan. Glycerin-free and additive-free, with the Scandinavian botanical soul the West Coast can wear well.
Mood: floral, meadow, sunlit.

Tasting Notes
Wild flowers, chamomile, and bitter lemon peel on the nose. The palate is smooth and softly oily, with fresh-cut hay, sweet iced tea, and lemon-drop candy layered by the marigold botanical. The finish is clean and floral, gentle warm spice trailing off.
Food Pairing
Chamomile Martini, an Amass and tonic with lemon and cucumber, or the base of a summer Shabbos-lunch spritz. Also excellent paired with cured salmon, herring, or a light dairy meal with fresh cheeses.
