Tasting notes
Pale yellow-gold. Aromas of orange blossom, lime, fresh-cut grass, iodine and flint. Medium-bodied, with lime, lemon pith, saline minerals and white peach on the palate, finishing with mouth-watering acidity and a moderately long, mineral-driven close.
Pairing
Oysters, goat cheese, grilled white fish, and Shabbos fish courses.
