Tasting notes
Green apple, white peach and acacia on the nose. The palate is dry with a fine, persistent bead, fresh acidity and a clean mineral finish. Light-bodied and refreshing.

Brunch spreads, smoked fish, antipasti, sushi and fried chicken. Serve well chilled.
