Tasting notes
Raisins, vanilla bean, dark cherry, and cedar smoke. Bourbon caramel up front, then port-driven stewed dark fruit, fig, baking spice. Long, warming, gently sweet with oak tannin.
Pairing
Neat after dinner; chocolate desserts; a kosher Manhattan.
