Rollover To Zoom
Distillerie des Moisans, a family house run by the Roland brothers in Cognac, blends eaux-de-vie from their finest vintages and ages them at least five years in oak for this VSOP. The kosher cuvee is bottled under OU supervision and certified for Passover year-round.
Mood: velvet french fireside.
Tasting notes
Creme brulee, dried apricot, summer fruit, and gentle oak. Rich and smooth with orange blossom, sweet vanilla, walnut, and a whisper of nutmeg. Long, warm, and softly spiced with toasted oak.
Pairing
Sip neat after the seudah with dark chocolate, kosher cheeses, or a brisket-rich melaveh malka.
