Our sommelier says
Medium ruby. The nose is friendly varietal Cabernet - blackcurrant, dark cherry, a wisp of cedar and herb. The palate is medium-bodied and easy, with rounded tannin softened by the mevushal heating and fruit that's ripe without being sweet. No serious oak weight, no decant needed. This is honest entry-tier Israeli Cabernet doing what it's supposed to do - showing up reliably, pouring through every guest, and tasting like Cabernet.
Tasting notes
Blackcurrant, dark cherry, soft cedar, herb. Medium body, rounded tannin, fruit-led, easy texture. Clean, gently savory.
