Carmel's Selected range is the winery's everyday tier, and the Moscato is its sweet white — grown in the Samson region on the coastal plain south of Tel Aviv. Israel's oldest winery, founded in 1882, doing the simple thing well.

A kiddush bottle rather than a cellar bottle. Serve it cold and do not overthink it.
Tasting notes
Muscat grape, honeysuckle and a little citrus peel. Sweet and round across the palate without much weight. A short, clean, grapey finish.
Food pairing
Kiddush, fruit and light desserts. Also a good match for spicy Middle Eastern food.
