Tasting notes
Cooked agave, soft caramel, and toasted oak in the nose, with a whisper of vanilla. Silky on the palate — sweet agave up front, oak spice through the middle, a clean cocoa-vanilla note underneath. Long, warm finish with light oak and a hint of salted caramel.
Food pairing
Perfect neat or on one big rock. Great with grilled skirt steak, brisket tacos, or a smoky old-fashioned twist.
