Rollover To Zoom
Chateau De Cor Bugeaud is an entry-level kosher Bordeaux — 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, unoaked, mevushal, priced for the every-Shabbos rotation.
Mood: Fruity. Round. Bordeaux.
Our sommelier says
Kosher Bordeaux at a friendly price. Merlot-forward and mevushal — the caterer's Bordeaux, and yours too.
Tasting notes
Ripe plum, red berry and a hint of tobacco on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied, fruit-forward with soft tannin. Finish is clean and smooth.
Food pairing
Pairs classically with brisket, roast chicken, herbed lamb, or a Shabbos-lunch cholent. Also plays well with a burger midweek.
