Chateau Haut-Philippon is a Bordeaux estate dating back to 1888, farmed today by Romain Roux of Vignobles Roux in the Entre-deux-Mers country east of the city. This is the estate's dry white, in the clear bottle with the white label and the chateau drawing.
Mood: Crisp, clean, sunny.

Serve it properly cold, straight from the fridge. This is a Friday-night white that works just as well on a weekday with fish.
Tasting notes
Fresh citrus and green apple with a light floral lift. Dry and bright across the palate with a clean, lively acidity. A crisp, refreshing finish.
Food pairing
Fish, chicken, salads and light dairy meals. A natural pick for kiddush in the summer and for a Shabbos lunch.
