Rollover To Zoom
Darom — Hebrew for south — is Yatir's love letter to the Negev. A Mediterranean blend of Shiraz, Zinfandel, Marselan and Grenache, aged nine months in large oak and concrete for a fruit-forward red that doesn't need decanting.
Mood: Bright, fruit-forward, food-friendly.
Tasting notes
Red raspberry, juicy strawberry, white pepper, oregano and a hint of anise. Fresh red and dark fruit at the core, lifted by Mediterranean herbs and soft, mid-weight tannin. Smooth and savory with a wisp of vanilla, ready to drink on release.
Food pairing
Built for grilled lamb, schnitzel, Moroccan tagine, chulent and Shabbos chicken.
