Tasting notes
Sweet almond, marzipan, vanilla, hint of apricot kernel. Medium-bodied and sweet, with rich almond, caramel, and a touch of cherry. Long and sweet; finishes on toasted almond and vanilla.
Food pairing
Over ice with a citrus twist; into coffee; alongside biscotti or vanilla ice cream.
