Tasting notes
Roasted agave, gentle woodsmoke, citrus peel, mineral. Medium-bodied with cooked-agave sweetness, smoke, lime, and a saline finish. Medium length; finishes on smoke and a touch of pepper.
Food pairing
Neat with orange and sal de gusano; or in a smoky mezcal Negroni.
