Espolon Reposado is rested in lightly charred American oak for two to six months, picking up a soft amber color and a layer of vanilla over its bright Jalisco agave base. A nimble, food-friendly reposado at a working-bar price.

Cooked agave, vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of cinnamon. Round and approachable, with caramelized agave, baking spice, and gentle wood. Medium, warming, with a soft oak-and-pepper fade.
