Rollover To Zoom
Gondola's Prosecco is an easy, breezy Italian bubbly from the Glera vineyards of the Veneto — the same house style that made the Gondola Rosé a staple of the kiddush table. Mevushal under OU, dry with a soft fizz, and priced to open a case without thinking twice.
Mood: crisp, easy, weekday-ready.
Tasting notes
Green apple and ripe pear jump out of the glass alongside a light white-flower lift. The palate is clean and mostly dry, with a delicate, persistent fizz and a crisp Glera pear-skin bite. The finish is short, refreshing, and dry enough to keep pouring.
Food pairing
Kiddush aperitif, brunch mimosas, or with fried Chanukah latkes and lox. Also solid with light appetizers — bruschetta, melon and prosciutto-style spreads, cured salmon, and dairy Shavuos boards.
