Hana Lychee is the floral, tropical sibling to Yaegaki’s Fuji Apple — a junmai sake base infused with natural lychee flavor, made at the same long-standing Hyogo brewery. Light, perfumed, and faintly sweet, designed to be served cold or over ice.

Ripe lychee, rose petal, a hint of white peach and steamed rice. Light-bodied, off-dry, juicy tropical fruit, soft sake spine, gentle sweetness. Short, perfumed, refreshing.

Sushi rolls, Thai food, lemongrass chicken, fruit platters, sorbet, or chilled as an aperitif.
