A dry sparkling rosé under the Herzog Selection label: brut rather than sweet, which is the rarer thing in a kosher pink bubbly. It pours a bright salmon with a fine bead.

Red apple, strawberry and a faint bready note. Dry and crisp across the palate with a fine, persistent mousse. A clean, dry finish.
