Tasting notes
Red and black berries, sweet spice, black pepper, hints of coffee and vanilla oak. Medium-to-full bodied with ripe red fruit, firm tannin, and a savory herbal thread. Long, dry, with coffee, vanilla, and a peppery lift.

Roast duck, mushroom risotto, lamb shoulder, hard cheeses on the cheese course.
