Tasting Notes
Explosive cooked-agave nose with pine, mint, and green pepper. The palate is intense, sweet baked agave, alpine herbs, warm brine, and a mineral stone-fruit undercurrent. The finish is long and thundering, warm spirit carrying agave complexity for minutes.
Food Pairing
A tiny copita, neat, alongside grilled meats or as an after-dinner shot for the serious agave lover. Also a heroic base for a small strong Margarita where the puntas can hold their own.
