Tasting notes
Deep amber in the glass, with raisin scone, salted caramel, and buttery praline lifting off. Full-bodied and round — dried fig, honeyed pastry, and toasted oak carry the mid-palate with quiet elegance. Long, layered finish of vanilla, dark chocolate, and warm spice.
Food pairing
Neat in a snifter after the meal. Beautiful alongside dark chocolate, aged hard cheese, or a good cigar in the sukkah.
