Tasting notes
Pronounced agave up front, with alcohol lift and a light citrus edge. First sip lands on cinnamon and clove; a hot spicy note follows through the middle of the palate. Peppery finish with lingering warm agave.
Food pairing
Backbone for any margarita. Great in a Paloma, or neat with fresh lime and salt alongside carnitas or spicy tacos.
