Crushed blackberry, violet, black pepper, and cedar. Full-bodied with firm tannin, dark fruit, and a savory herbal underlay. Long and grippy, with spice and graphite holding the close.

Smoked brisket, lamb shoulder, short ribs, and any Yom Tov roast that can stand up to a serious red.
