Tasting notes
Citrus blossom, pear, and a soft floral lift from the Semillon. Bright and balanced with grapefruit, lemon, and a textural waxy weight from the Semillon component. Crisp, clean, and refreshingly long.

A natural with gefilte fish, grilled fish, or a summer salad with goat cheese.
