Dark, near-opaque purple. The nose is dense and dark - red fruit and dark plum over a smoky-spice oak signature from twelve months in barrel. Petite Sirah's natural density gives the wine a concentrated, full-bodied texture, with fine tannin and balanced acidity holding the fruit upright. The finish is long and velvety with lingering spice. Mony's Judean foothill terroir adds a savory edge under the ripeness - this is serious Petite Sirah, not jammy. Decant thirty minutes.

Red fruit, dark plum, smoky spice, soft oak. Full body, dense, fine tannin, balanced acidity, concentrated fruit. Long, velvety, spice-driven.
