Rollover To Zoom
Mony Supreme Delilah is the winery's flagship Bordeaux-style blend — 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, pulled from the Judean Foothills for the serious Shabbos table.
Mood: Elegant. Layered. Flagship.
Tasting notes
Cassis, black cherry and a whisper of cedar on the nose. Palate is full-bodied with polished tannin, layered dark fruit and a lick of French oak. Finish is long with graphite and spice.
Food pairing
Built for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, brisket, or aged hard cheeses. Handles even the heaviest Shabbos meat course.
