Rollover To Zoom
Moses Vodka is a small-batch Finnish grain vodka under Chug Chatam Sofer and the Chief Rabbi of Helsinki. Frosted glass, gold Moses-and-Torah label, kosher for Passover — a table-side conversation piece as much as a pour.
Mood: Icy, ceremonial, distinctive.
Sommelier’s note
“A Finnish vodka built as much for the shelf as for the glass — clean grain, real distillery, KFP under a proper Chatam Sofer supervision.”
Tasting notes
Very clean nose, faint white pepper and grain. Smooth and neutral — a whisper of sweetness through the middle, no burn. Short, clean finish. Ideal cold from the freezer.
Pairing
Straight from the freezer at kiddush, base for a Martini, or long with soda and lime. Beautiful alongside herring, pickles, and dark bread.
