A bourbon finished with Edrington's signature sherry oak staves — giving it the dried-fruit depth normally associated with their Macallan and Highland Park single malts. Dried apricot, vanilla, raisin, oak spice. Round, sweet, with toffee + baked apple + cinnamon.
Note: Sherry-finish bourbons frequently lack hechsher — Noble Oak's cert status not confirmed; default uncertified. Edrington plants a tree per bottle. Region: Kentucky (sourced). ABV: 45%.
