Rollover To Zoom
One of Scotland's smallest and oldest distilleries, Oban sits on the harbor in the West Highland town that shares its name. The 14 Year is the flagship — a maritime malt that bridges the soft fruit of the Highlands and the briny smoke of the islands.
Mood: Maritime, balanced, distinctive
Tasting notes
Sea spray, orange peel, honey, soft peat smoke. Dried fig, salted caramel, pepper, a coastal smoky thread. Long, with smoke, salt, and lingering sweet malt.
Food pairing
Neat with a strong cigar or alongside aged hard cheese.
