A Piemonte collaboration between Dr. Ralph Madeb and winemaker Beppe Pescaja, born after five vintages working side by side in the northern Italian hills. Cabernet, Nebbiolo, and Barbera braided into one full-bodied Monferrato red.

Tasting notes
Intense ruby color. Inviting and fresh on the nose with red fruits and balsamic memories. Full-bodied palate, with the Cabernet accent driving a long and tannic finish.

Bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses, mushroom risotto.
