Tasting Notes
Dark crimson with a bright rim. The nose opens on ripe plum, cherry, and rose petal with a warm floral lift. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, with dark cherry, dried herb, and a gentle Nebbiolo grip through a dry finish.
Food Pairing
A Shabbos and yom tov Italian red for pasta al ragu, brisket, veal, or roast lamb. Also excellent with hard aged cheeses and mushroom-forward dishes. Pass around the table with confidence.
