Rollover To Zoom
Jelinek's flagship silver-label slivovitz rests five years in oak before bottling. The house standard for aged Moravian plum brandy and a Passover fixture.
Mood: Deep, oak-touched, warming.
Our sommelier says
The five-year aged Moravian classic.
Tasting notes
Ripe plum, dried apricot, and a whisper of vanilla oak. Concentrated plum stone, honey, and toasted almond over a warming spine. Long, dry, and gently woody.
Food pairing
After dinner neat, with dark chocolate, or alongside a strong espresso.
