Tasting notes
Ripe plum, bitter almond, gentle oak, a whisper of vanilla. Full-bodied with concentrated plum fruit, soft oak warmth, and a dry spirit core. Long and warming with a clean orchard-fruit close.

Neat after a heavy meal; alongside dark chocolate or strudel; classic l'chaim pour.
