Rollover To Zoom
Shiloh's Legend Honi is a multi-varietal Judean Hills blend named after a Talmudic figure famous for prayer answered. A serious, oak-aged red built around Cabernet Sauvignon with structure and dark-fruit complexity.
Mood: structured, prayerful, serious-table.
Our sommelier says
"Shiloh's Legend series gets named for Tannaim and Amoraim — every label has a story. Honi is the structured Cabernet-led blend in the line, built for a long meal."
Tasting notes
Deep ruby. Aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, cedar, and dark chocolate. The palate is full and structured with polished tannins, ripe dark fruit, and well-integrated French oak. Finish lingers on cocoa and spice.
Food pairing
Prime rib, lamb chops, braised brisket, aged hard cheeses, yom tov roasts. Decant before serving.
