Tasting notes
Blackberry jam, blueberry compote, black pepper, and a lick of smoke. Rich and mouth-coating with brambly dark fruit, dense tannin, and a warming alcohol swell. Long, spicy, and unapologetically ripe with a slow tannic fade.
Food pairing
Serve with cholent, grilled ribeye, or a smoky Yom Tov brisket.
