Speyside in its softest, most welcoming form — matured exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon casks, no sherry, no peat. Bradan Orach (Gaelic for 'golden salmon') honors the River Spey that runs past the distillery.

Tasting notes
Honey, vanilla, light apple, soft oak. Light-to-medium bodied with sweet vanilla, gentle pear, and a clean honeyed mid-palate. Short and clean with vanilla and a touch of oak.

Neat or with a single rock; alongside salmon, smoked fish, or a quiet Shabbos afternoon.
