Tasting notes
Caramel, malted cereal, ripe banana, and a touch of oak char. Sweet malt, vanilla, dried apricot, and warm baking spice. Medium-long with toasted oak and a faint smoke.
Pairing
Wonderful with smoked salmon canapés or a square of milk chocolate.
