Rollover To Zoom
Tabernacle's flagship Paamon is a Cabernet-led Galilee blend named for the bells of the High Priest's robe. Ten months in French oak settles the fruit without burying it.
Mood: lyrical fragrant heirloom.
Tasting notes
Blueberry, red plum, cherry, and lifted violet and lavender notes. Medium-bodied with bright berry fruit, soft spice, and gentle oak. Clean, floral, and refreshingly fruit-forward.
Pairing
Friday night brisket, slow-cooked cholent, herb-roasted chicken, and aged hard cheeses for kiddush.
