Rollover To Zoom
Tassi is a serious Montalcino producer known for their Brunello. The Aqua Bona Bettina Cuvee is a Sangiovese-led Toscana IGT with the estate's signature clarity and minerality, without the Brunello price tag.
Mood: bright, cedar, Montalcino.
A Tassi bottle at IGT price. Brunello quality winemaking, kosher, and food-forward. Serve with anything Italian on the Shabbos table.
Tasting Notes
Bright red with a fragrant, aromatic bouquet of red fruit, minerals, and flowers. The palate is cheery with red-berry character, notes of balsamic, cedar, and earth. Full-bodied with powerful structure and balanced tannins carrying through the finish.
Food Pairing
A classic Tuscan Shabbos red. Ideal with pasta al ragu, brisket, veal Milanese, roast lamb, or a mushroom-forward risotto. Also excellent with hard aged pecorino or grana-style cheeses (kosher versions).
