Tench Vineyards Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby with an aromatic bouquet of ripe dark cherry, plum, dried black fig, black licorice, cedar, clove, cardamom and Graham Cracker. The palate offers plush flavors of plum, blackberry, and hints of cedar and dried tobacco leaf. Finely dispersed, slightly chalky tannins add texture, while the wine's vlvet-like feel creates a beautifully balanced finish. Pairs well with big hearty meals, steaks.
