Rollover To Zoom
The Fifth Cup Liqueur was born from the kabbalistic teaching of five gates of salvation. A meditative liqueur made from natural ingredients for a serious moment at the seder table or motzei chag.
Mood: Ceremonial, ritual, seder.
Sommelier's note
"A ritual bottle. The Fifth Cup drinks like a Middle Eastern amaro: herbal, gently sweet, with a spiritual gravity that lands right at the seder."
Tasting notes
Amber-gold with aromas of dried herb, honey, dried fruit, and a light spice note. The palate is medium-full, gently sweet, with warm spice, dried apricot, and a subtle bitter-herb depth. The finish is long, warm, and contemplative.
Best served
Poured at the seder as Kos Eliyahu, or after the seder as a meditative motzei chag pour. Also a distinctive gift for someone who leads a seder.
