Rollover To Zoom
Tomintoul's peated expression takes the distillery's signature 'Gentle Dram' character and lays it over heavily peated malted barley. Bourbon-cask matured for a smoky Speysider with the soft, creamy core Tomintoul is known for.
Mood: Smoky, gentle, lingering
Tasting notes
Wood smoke, vanilla, orchard fruit, a wisp of brine. Creamy malt up front, then sweet bonfire smoke and toasted oak. Long, sooty, with lingering honeyed sweetness.
Food pairing
Neat, with a robust cigar, or a single rock to open the smoke.
