Rollover To Zoom
Tulip's rose is a Blanc de Noir blend of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, pressed off the skins for a delicate bronze color that hides real depth. Made at the Kfar Tikvah winery in the Galil, where every bottle supports adults with special needs.
Mood: Bronze. Bright. Kind.
Tasting notes
The nose lifts strawberry, apple, and a delicate note of citrus blossom. The palate stays semi-dry and lively, with red berry, ripe stone fruit, and a hint of pink grapefruit carrying weight across the mid-palate. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a soft mineral edge that keeps the last sip inviting.
Food pairing
A perfect Shabbos-lunch pour with grilled salmon, herb chicken, Israeli salad, or a mezze spread. Also beautiful with dairy meals, cheeses, and a Yom Tov brunch.
