Rollover To Zoom
Tura's Mountain Vista Valley is the semi-sweet face of the Ben Sa'adon family's boutique Shomron estate in Rechelim. A 65% Merlot / 35% Cabernet Sauvignon blend, slow-fermented cool for a bright, berry-forward pour meant to please a wide table.
Mood: sweet, bright, welcoming.
The bottle that gets the whole table smiling. Sweet enough for the kids' Kiddush cup, real enough that the Zaidy will drink it too.
Tasting Notes
Fresh strawberry, ripe raspberry, and pomegranate on the nose. The palate is soft and semi-sweet, with black cherry compote, plum, and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is clean and gently fruity, low tannin, easy to sip.
Food Pairing
A crowd-pleaser at the Shabbos table alongside chicken soup, roast chicken, and honey-glazed carrots. Especially good with cheesecake on Shavuos, honey cake on Rosh Hashanah, and dessert fruit platters.
