Tasting notes
Passion fruit, gooseberry and lemon zest on the nose. Palate is crisp and mineral with good acidity and a well-rounded body. Finish is clean with a citrus lift.

Beautiful with grilled fish, dairy lunches, salads, and mezze. Also holds up to lightly spiced Moroccan chicken.
