Van Gogh flavours its vodka in Schiedam, the old Dutch distilling town, by triple-distilling a wheat and grain base and then infusing it with real cocoa. The chocolate reads as dark and cocoa-bitter rather than candy-sweet.

Tasting notes
Dark cocoa powder and a little vanilla on the nose. Rich cocoa across the palate with a rounded, faintly creamy sweetness. A warm cocoa finish that fades dry rather than syrupy.
Food pairing
Dessert in a glass — over ice, in a chocolate martini, or poured short alongside babka, rugelach or a chocolate mousse.
