Rollover To Zoom
Yarden Mount Hermon Red is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a splash of Cabernet Franc, all grown high on the Golan Heights.
Mood: Bright. Balanced. Bordeaux.
Our sommelier says
Cool climate and volcanic soil give this red good color and lift. Serve at 55-60°F straight from the bottle — no aging needed.
Tasting notes
Bright red currant, plum and a hint of graphite on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and soft tannin. Finish is clean with red fruit lingering.
Food pairing
Classic for brisket, roast lamb, and cheese boards. Also strong with grilled chicken and heartier Shabbos lunches.
